5 Tips for Summer Ready Feet

The sudden heatwave prompted us to shed our cosy socks and opt for sandals instead, but after months of wearing winter boots, our feet were looking a little sad and in need of some love.
So we've put together our favourite tips for getting our feet ready for the sun!

1:  Exfoliate rough skin. No need to spend a fortune on an expensive foot scrub, try this simple recipe for Homemade Sugar Scrub (all you need is sugar and oil!)

2: Moisturise. This is a no-brainer, after the harshness of winter our feet can be deprived of moisture. Apply a heavy moisturiser straight after your shower (cool water is better, hot baths can have a drying effect).

3: Cut straight. It's important when trimming your nails to cut/clip straight across to prevent ingrown nails - not pretty! Prepare by soaking your feet in warm water first to soften the nails.

4:  Vary your shoes. Alternate your shoes rather than wearing the same pair day in day out. Make sure you vary the height too - as if we needed another reason to go shoe shopping!

5: Paint 'em up. Now that your feet are buffed and ready to go, you can have some fun with colour!
Try a bright orange or coral nail varnish, they go great with a tan and just so happen to be bang on trend.

You will be paid £6.30/hour weekly. We are open 7 days a week and require someone who is enthusiastic, flexible, energetic, self motivated, responsible and a team player.
