How To: Find Your Correct Shoe Size in 4 Easy Steps

Last week, we shared with you our Top 8 Shoe Shopping Tips,
this week we address the issue of finding your correct shoe size.
Improperly-fitting shoes can cause all sorts of painful problems.
Your shoe size may have changed if you’ve gained or lost weight,
worn the same shoes for a while or frequently walk barefoot.
Ensure you buy the correct size by following these 4 easy steps...

You will need:

An A4 sheet of paper
A pencil
A ruler
A flat surface

1. Place your foot on the blank sheet of paper.
2. Draw a line at the tip of your longest toe and across the back of your heel
3. Remove your foot and measure between the two lines
4. Use the chart below to determine your shoe size

This method can only approximate your true shoe size,
but it will give you a good idea what to look for.
